Job Description: As a Regional Sales Development Manager at Unilever, you will be responsible for managing and growing the Ice Cream portfolio with existing and prospective customers. You will lead and evolve the regional field sales team within the independent leisure market, account managing up to 5 top independent regional leisure customers and all in-direct wholesalers in your region. Your key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of new and existing customers, leading the 3rd party field sales team to deliver against distribution and execution targets. You will also drive the internal P&L delivery and external market share growth of all in-direct wholesalers in the region.

About You: We are seeking a candidate with advanced negotiation and customer relationship building skills. You should have a robust commercial understanding and P&L literacy. A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to customer growth is essential, as well as the ability to work both independently and as a team member. Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office suite, are required.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
