Regional Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Premium Drinks Sales Professional to join our team at Fluid Fusion - Beer, Wine & Spirits Recruitment. As a Regional Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and relationships in the premium groups, bars, clubs, and pubs sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage & Develop Listings: Develop and maintain listings within key regional bar groups/independents and C&C/RTM accounts.
- Individual Marketing and Sales Support: Create and implement individual marketing and sales support plans to maximize portfolio sales.
- Regional Wholesalers: Manage and develop key regional wholesalers to further drive demand and availability for the portfolio of brands.
- Channel Budgets: Support channel budgets, revenues, sales, and profit.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify, recommend, and explore new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong Sales Exposure: Strong sales exposure & network within the On-Trade channel.
- Networking: Ideally a network of contacts with key groups, regional accounts, and wholesalers.
- P&L Management: Knowledge of P&L management and planning.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of securing listings and building volume.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present to both bar managers and bar owners.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrate strong personal enthusiasm, driven by results and a genuine self-starter.
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- Drinks Sales Experience: 2-4+ years of drinks sales experience and success in the On-Trade sector.
- Networking: Demonstrable network of contacts/relationships in the trade.
- Passion and Drive: Passion, energy, and drive to progress your career.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.
