Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle is looking for a seasoned Sales and Service Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key role in our retail operations, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and scheduling staff. Previous experience in beauty retail or a similar industry would be highly desirable.

We are offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for a commission scheme and will receive an annual leave and family leave package. We also offer product discount and staff product concession monthly credit spend allowance.

  • You will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • You will have experience in leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed.
  • You will have flexible availability across days/hours.
  • You will have a proficient skill level using Microsoft Office applications.
  • You will have proof of right to live and work in the country.
