About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Croydon, UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for further developing sales operations and driving excellence within the organisation.

Our client is a well-respected business with a global footprint, providing high-quality Medical Devices and Equipment that help improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Sales Process Optimisation: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and plans.
  • Sales Technology Management: Manage and maintain sales technology systems to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Sales Reporting and Communication: Provide regular sales reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to drive sales initiatives and projects forward.
  • Internal Sales Advocate: Act as a champion for sales operations within the organisation, promoting best practices and processes.
  • Tender Management: Coordinate and manage tender responses to ensure timely and effective submission.
  • Sales Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies related to sales activities.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive experience in Sales Operations, preferably in Manufacturing, particularly in MedTech/Pharma.
  • Proven track record of launching and establishing Sales Operations in an organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including PPT, Excel, and pivot tables.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience in sales and marketing scope.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with ability to develop and sustain meaningful professional relationships.
  • Experience in change management.
