Sales Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Excellence Specialist to join our team at Moody's. As a Sales Excellence Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sales teams by delivering high-quality training and development programs. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and address developmental needs within the sales organization, driving training initiatives that increase sales productivity.
This role will require close collaboration with business subject matter experts, Industry Practice Leads, Sales Managers, and Executive leadership to ensure alignment and facilitation support. You will be responsible for the effective development, coordination, and presentation of training and development programs for all sales employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our sales teams, including content creation, certification development, and sales play implementation.
- Work closely with a Senior Sales Excellence partner to develop high-quality relevant content for our sellers in the UK and APAC region.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and develop strategies to improve results.
- Develop and maintain training communications to ensure employees and customers have knowledge of training events and general product information.
- Regularly report on the performance of training programs and communicate business impact through monthly and/or quarterly reviews.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, business administration, or finance.
- At least five years of experience in a corporate or business setting with at least two years working in a sales organization supporting sales teams and sales leaders.
- Experience using a sales enablement platform such as Highspot, Seismic, Allego, or Mindtickle is a plus. The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
