We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Excellence Specialist to join our team at Hook. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by generating high-quality leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for our sales team.

About the Role

As a Sales Excellence Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers and prospects, helping them understand the benefits of Hook and progressing them in the sales process. You will work closely with the rest of the sales team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Improve key sales metrics, such as response rates, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for lead generation and opportunity creation.
  • Have in-depth conversations with prospective customers about their needs and communicate those needs to the rest of the team.
  • Participate in sales training and development courses to develop your skills as a sales expert.
  • Stay up-to-date on sales and customer success trends to increase your credibility in the industry.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

£35,000 base salary + £15,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)

27 days holiday (plus bank holidays) + option to buy and sell holiday
