Harrison Dear Sales is seeking an experienced Sales Development Executive to join their OOH Media Sales team. This exciting opportunity will enable you to grow your career in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To work directly with national brands and agencies, promoting awareness and selling media properties.
  • To create effective sales collateral to facilitate the sale of our media offerings.
  • To collaborate with the Media Director and internal support teams to develop bespoke media quotations.
  • To identify incremental revenue opportunities that can be sold to the market.
  • To utilize market trends and client tracking resources to maximize benefit.
  • To manage commercial relationships between clients effectively.
  • To contribute innovative ideas to help grow the business.
  • To assist with site expansions across the UK.
Requirements:

We are looking for someone exceptional, who is highly motivated by the opportunity to develop additional revenue streams.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience working with Talon & other OOH Specialists.
  • Experience in OOH media sales within the national agency environment.
  • Demonstrable selling, negotiating, and presentation skills in a commercial setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven track record of working at senior level CEO down.
  • Dynamic and forward-thinking, with the ability to maximize opportunities and revenue.
  • Motivated by developing additional revenue streams and creative problem-solving.
  • A proven track record of delivering consistent results.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development, as well as a flexible working arrangement of 2-3 days in the office and the rest working from home or meeting clients.
