Executive Sales Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President, Account Management to join our team at Executive Jet Management, Inc. in London. As a member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic relationships.
About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position that requires a strong track record of success in sales leadership, luxury customer-facing roles, and relationship-building. You will be expected to generate new business sales, secure renewals, trades, and add-ons, while fostering and developing relationships with existing and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including High Net Worth Individuals, Corporations, and Aircraft Owners;
- Lead a team of Sales Consultants and Account Executives to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base;
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns;
- Promote NetJets' brand and products to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- 10+ years of experience in a Luxury customer-facing role;
- Minimum 5 years in a Sales leadership position;
- Proven experience of focusing on continuous self-improvement of and adherence to the Sales processes as defined by management;
- An in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and the full line of NetJets products and services as well as those of NetJets' competitors;
- Fluency in local language relevant to territory and business English (written and spoken);
The estimated salary for this position is £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
