We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Excellence Specialist in B2B Software Sales to join our ranks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of Xtramile's innovative approach to recruitment, leveraging AI and data to address the challenges of sourcing talent.

A competitive estimated salary range of 60,000 to 80,000 euros per annum reflects the expertise and qualifications required for this position.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess proven experience in commercial sales within B2B software, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Fluency in English and French is essential.
