About the Job

We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager to join our Gaming business and drive commercial growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to align strategies for customer growth and retention, and develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.

  • Drive digital media sales, incorporating live event stands and sponsorships as part of year-round touchpoints.
  • Implement strategies to identify and capitalize on new digital marketing opportunities, ensuring business growth and market expansion.
  • Manage accurate forecasting and pacing reports to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance data, making adjustments to optimize success and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in digital media sales, customer success, or account management, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  2. Strong B2B marketing and advertising acumen, with the ability to educate customers and guide them through digital marketing strategies.
  3. Strategic thinker, capable of developing and selling comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including live event components.
  4. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic digital environment.
  5. Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per annum.
