Senior B2B Sales Specialist

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team in London and establish the SDR function for the UK. You will be responsible for setting up and managing the qualification process for inbound leads, leveraging our global frameworks and ways of working.
- You will be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward;
- You will set up and deliver outbound campaigns using sales enablement tools to drive top-of-the-funnel opportunities for the business in close alignment with the Marketing team;
As a Senior B2B Sales Specialist, you will also identify and target new potential partners for Adyen in the UK in alignment with the local Partner Manager, support Sales Managers on outbound tactics, lead generating efforts, and onboarding.
About YouWe are looking for someone with 1+ years of experience with inbound and outbound sales, preferably in a sales role where you have successfully sold complex B2B products. A strong team player who thrives in working in close collaboration with other teams is essential.
- A proven ability to work independently as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day;
- A strong drive to learn and make new connections with prospects;
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of your pipeline.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a generous bonus scheme, comprehensive training program, and opportunities for career growth and development.
