Kohler Co. is a leading manufacturer of bathroom products, and we're seeking a highly motivated Senior Commercial Sales Specialist to join our team in Central London.

Job Description:

We're looking for a driven and results-oriented sales professional to drive revenue growth in the commercial sector. As a Senior Commercial Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with key stakeholders in the specification chain, identifying new business opportunities, and converting them into sales.

About You:

You should have at least 5 years of experience working in a commercial product specification field sales-based role (B2B) and a good understanding of the commercial Bathroom sectors and/or Building Services. You should also possess strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a strategic approach. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is essential.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build, manage, and convert a rolling 1 – 5 year pipeline for your territory through identification of key business opportunities (existing and new) within Commercial industry sectors. Align your focus with the Rada 5-year strategic plan; drive revenue and profitability targets.
  2. Manage strategic customers by building account plans for future business, aligning strategic focus, and driving collaboration between Kohler Mira and your customers across multiple functions.
  3. Diagnose customer needs and build ranging, pricing, and after-sales proposals. Propose and quantify solutions for products and services, generate ROI models.
  4. Build relationships with customer types in all stages of the specification chain. Lead and manage customer relationships, understanding key issues and opportunities, building collaborative relationships across all levels and functions.
  5. Fully utilize Cloud for Customer (Kohler Mira CRM tool) to manage customers, pipeline, project tracking, and reporting.
  6. Build monthly forecast based on pipeline conversion to drive accuracy in the demand planning process.
  7. Communicate internally across relevant functions, providing robust market, customer, and competitor feedback to drive knowledge and inform commercial decision-making.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience working within a commercial product specification field sales-based role (B2B).
  • A good understanding of the commercial Bathroom sectors and/or Building Services.
  • Preferable: selling showers & taps for an established manufacturer in the commercial arena; experience specifying early in the project lifecycle clients, architects, consultants, or M&E contractors; experience selling into Healthcare, Care Homes, Sports & Leisure, Student Accommodation, Hospitality, washrooms, MOD, or secure.

Salary:
