As a Senior Sales Performance Coach, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and behavioral change across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regional field and partner sales teams have relevant sales enablement assets and training.

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and deploy enablement programs and initiatives that equip sellers and leaders to excel in sales performance
  • Drive strategic partnerships with executive-level stakeholders to identify opportunities for enablement and maximize field and partner sales effectiveness
  • Lean in and volunteer to assist/participate in team initiatives/projects outside of your role

Requirements:
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple team members and internal management stakeholders at executive level
  • Experience working with cloud solution (SaaS) companies in sales enablement roles and technical tools, such as CRM, dashboards, Clari, Sales Enablement, Asana, Seismic, Lessonly
  • Fluency in languages outside of English a plus
