We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team at COACH, where you will play a key role in driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and promoting our luxury brand. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for meeting personal sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques, building rapport with customers, and providing personalized product recommendations;
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally;
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of product offerings, features, and benefits to provide informed recommendations to customers and drive sales growth;
  • Support visual merchandising efforts by maintaining a visually appealing store environment, adhering to company standards, and staying up-to-date with seasonal trends and promotions;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team performance targets, support new initiatives, and promote a positive work environment;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategic decisions and drive business success.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in luxury or high-end settings;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups, including understanding their needs, preferences, and concerns;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies;
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, managers, and external partners;
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and improving profitability;
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks accordingly, and maintain a flexible attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive base salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
