Sales Performance Manager

Cision Global seeks a highly experienced Sales Performance Manager to lead our New Business team in Spain. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales performance and revenue growth
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve target-driven results
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the PR and Comms space
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Conduct regular sales coaching and training sessions to improve sales performance
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
- Hit daily activity KPIs based on outbound activity

Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish
- Proven track record of successfully leading high-performing sales teams
- Experience in driving sales performance and delivering exceptional results
- Strong understanding of the PR, marketing, and media industry
