**Driving Sales Growth in Life Sciences/Pharma Sector**

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Growth Manager to lead our commercial operations in the life sciences sector.

Commercial Operations Leader - Account Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives to drive sales growth and retention, developing and executing account planning strategies to ensure optimal performance.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of 5-6 Sales Representatives to drive sales growth and retention
  • Develop and execute account planning strategies to ensure optimal performance
  • Motivate, train, and develop your team to achieve exceptional results
  • Oversee pipeline management and accuracy to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in account management
  • At least 2 years of sales management experience
  • Bonus point if you have experience selling into the biopharma/life science sector
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proactive, ambitious, and excellent motivator
What We Offer:
  • Competitive basic salary: £62,000 - £72,000 per annum
  • Overtime allowance: up to £67,000 per annum

  • Hybrid working arrangement: 2/3 days per week in our Victoria office
  • Additonal annual leave: 1 extra day per year, capped at 31 days

**Location:** Our offices are based in London, with regular travel to client sites required. **Salary:** Estimated salary range: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.
