Senior Sales and Revenue Growth Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales and Revenue Growth Manager who shares our passion for service excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This role will be a stand-alone position reporting directly to our Director of Operations.

As Senior Sales and Revenue Growth Manager, you will drive business growth by bringing in new revenue streams, identifying opportunities to maximize sales, and developing strategies to increase revenue across both venues – the Private Dining Room and the Restaurant & Bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Identify and pursue high-value leads to attend events, maximizing business potential during every season
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Executive Chef, Hotel Sales & Marketing Team, and Director of Operations to support business growth through marketing calendar development and execution
  • Negotiate and execute events within the PDR and restaurant, ensuring maximum satisfaction for clients, YA Group, and the FS Hotel Management team
  • Manage active partnerships, inquiries, lead site visits, convert sales, manage contracts, and ensure relationships yield optimal results
