About the Role

Overview

As a Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development, you will lead the sales strategy and execution for Reuters Professional, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will develop and implement sales plans, build and manage high-performing sales teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  2. Lead and manage high-performing sales teams, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional performance.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales and business growth.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver business results.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.

About You

We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases. You will have:

  1. Minimum 5-7 years of global sales management experience.
  2. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  5. Commercially focused, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to navigate and influence across the organization.
