Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Revenue Growth Manager to lead and shape the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) roadmap and strategic initiatives for some of the world's most exciting global brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement RGM strategies and business plans to accelerate top-line revenue growth and margin expansion across priority markets.
- Lead new business development opportunities by unlocking consumer-centric and customer-relevant value propositions.
- Design and implement RGM strategies and plans for Ready-to-Drink Coffee, targeting key business elements such as revenue pools, price/promo plans, and trade investments.
- Collaborate with the global RGM network to import and export best practices.
Requirements
- Years of experience in RGM or commercial functions, with strong skills in RGM, commercial strategy, customer strategy, and commercial execution.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, along with stakeholder management abilities.
