About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Builder.ai as a Senior Revenue Growth Strategist, responsible for leading the revenue and business development strategy across the European region.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee sales teams, business development managers, and sales operations staff to drive revenue growth and ensure profitability.

You will collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align on revenue goals and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the European market, establishing clear goals, targets, and budgets.
  • Build and deepen relationships with major enterprise clients and strategic partners, securing significant deals and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, customer demands, and competitive dynamics to adapt and refine sales strategies.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress to ensure the region consistently meets or exceeds its revenue targets.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Executives, and Managers to cultivate a high-performance culture.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the sales pipeline and processes, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12+ years of total professional experience, with at least 5+ years in senior software sales leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading large, high-performing teams, including both direct sales and partner teams.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies that scale teams and revenue, strategically allocating resources to achieve the highest ROI across multiple markets and sectors.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, able to hire, onboard, and develop top talent quickly.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, with the ability to create customised solutions and value propositions that resonate with enterprise clients.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and market conditions, with a proven track record of bringing new products to market and driving adoption within diverse customer segments.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across departments and partner teams.
  • High levels of self-motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with a proven ability to manage ambiguity and lead teams through periods of change while focusing on achieving measurable results.
