Revenue Growth Strategist

Connsuite is seeking a seasoned Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team in London or Dublin. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and shaping sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement proactive processes and solutions to improve efficiency and efficacy of the RSOM team.
- Partner with business leadership to optimize resource allocation across teams and measure progress against sales goals.
- Create analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to plan and communicate short and longer term resource needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales team efficiencies and lead efforts to scale standard methodologies.
- Participate in regional and global initiatives, ensuring successful roll-out of global initiatives to every region.
- 7+ years work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project management mindset on task execution
- BA/BS degree or equivalent with specialization in marketing, finance, business, or related field of study
- Experience researching and manipulating complex data sets
- Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet and presentation software
- Facilitation experience and ability to lead programs such as strategy planning sessions
We estimate the salary for this role to be £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
