Revenue Growth Strategist

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Revenue Growth Strategist to join MRK Associates and drive commercial revenue growth for Bath Rugby Club. As part of the Executive team, you will contribute to long-term business planning and leadership debate.
Bath Rugby Club has a proud heritage, boasting a strong fan base and impressive international player roster. The Club's investment in new coaching and support staff led by Head of Rugby Johann van Graan presents a unique chance to innovate commercial operations and maximise revenue yield from commercial products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving yield management and revenue growth through data analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Developing and deploying new commercial products and propositions to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
- Working closely with the Commercial Director to create a customer migration model and drive commercial revenue growth.
- Supporting maximisation of other commercial income streams, including events, hospitality, and retail.
A salary range of £90,000 - £140,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving commercial success for MRK Associates and Bath Rugby Club.
