Job Title: Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at Niche Recruitment Ltd. This role is a pivotal part of our business, focusing on managing a portfolio of brands and products to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Revenue Growth Management and/or Integrated Business Planning, Market Strategy & Planning, or similar roles within the FMCG sector. They will be commercially astute, with excellent project management and organizational skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate quarterly IBP cycles to ensure alignment between financial, operational, and strategic goals.
  • Lead cross-functional IBP meetings to review and adjust plans based on forecasted Sales & Marketing activity.
  • Develop price and promotion plans that meet the company's volume, net sales, profitability, and return on investment objectives.
