Senior Revenue Growth Manager

Currys London Campus at Waterloo is proud to offer a permanent, full-time Grade 4 position that combines sales growth and business management.
This role involves developing and executing a strategy to grow Subscription sales, focusing on customer needs, solution selling, and proposition management. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering sales, margin, and target achievement, prioritizing e2e Commercial Margin and Lifetime Value of the Customer.
- Creating and implementing a growth plan with the Head of Category and Senior Manager to drive significant business expansion.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with Subscription partners, from small to large.
- Managing service levels and revenue share with Subscription providers.
- Identifying optimized propositions that best fit our customers' needs.
- Collaborating with the New Business squad, GTM, and Operations teams to optimize performance.
- Facilitating the addition of new Subscriptions to our customer proposition across all categories.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Core trading and proposition experience.
- Preferably, experience in subscriptions.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office systems.
- Excellent collaboration and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
