Sales and Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at the Clermont Hotel Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving incremental revenue into our hotel in line with budget and future strategy for the corporate segment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve target revenue for the corporate segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Collaborate with the revenue and hotel teams to align rate plans and pricing
- Utilize salesforce.com to enrich client-specific data and build a deep understanding of accounts and opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in London
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build successful partnerships with clients and partners
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve revenue and performance targets
