Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Vertical Advantage. In this role, you will be responsible for training and upskilling our field sales teams across the UK.

About the Role

As a Field Sales Performance Manager, you will formulate and execute training programs for all field sales teams. You will identify areas where the team needs upskilling and opportunities for development, working closely with the Head of Field Sales to install the sales strategy across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance field sales performance
  • Collaborate with the Head of Field Sales to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Identify skill gaps and develop plans to address them
  • Craft compelling content to engage and motivate the team

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess experience in Field Sales or National Accounts in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of management experience. You should have a passion for the Drinks/FMCG industry and enjoy training and developing individuals. A knack for devising strategic plans to meet targets is essential, as is self-motivation, results-oriented behavior, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
