Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Retail Partnerships team at Reward. As a key member of our sales organisation, you will be responsible for driving profitable incremental sales for internationally recognised retail clients.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, creative problem-solving approach, and analytical skills. You will have a substantial background in account management, with a history of exceeding lead targets and a proven ability to develop and maintain strong trust-based relationships with key clients.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the advertising, loyalty, performance marketing / digital media space and be proficient with CRM software. They will also have excellent written and spoken English and be a great team player with tight organisational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage the sales and service of the top 30 retailers within the hub, develop and maintain strong trust-based relationships with key clients, conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients, anticipate client needs, proactively address issues, and offer solutions to enhance their experience and drive value.
  • Account Planning and Strategy: Develop strategic account plans for key clients outlining goals, objectives, and action plans to drive revenue growth and maximise account profitability, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts, monitor account performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor account performance, track KPIs, analyse sales metrics, prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and revenue projections, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service, exceeding client expectations, addressing concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner, conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
