Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Director to manage and grow our retail client base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients in the retail sector, providing tailored IT solutions, and developing a strategic sales plan to expand our presence in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Utilize your expertise in selling IT solutions to retail businesses to identify and acquire new clients.
  • Solution Selling: Develop and deliver custom IT solutions aligned with client needs, focusing on AI, cloud, and data analytics.
  • Sales Strategy: Create a comprehensive sales plan to drive growth and expansion in the retail market.
  • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation through cold outreach, networking, and industry-specific events.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail decision-makers to ensure long-term client loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our technical team to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client operations and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the retail sector, selling IT solutions such as AI, cloud, or data analytics.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating exceptional sales skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a strong focus on building trust and credibility with clients.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and a proven track record of leveraging technology to drive sales success.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and adaptability.
