Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses and monthly commission.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Partnership Growth and Development Lead to join our team in the South of England. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for promoting Hometouch and the benefits of live-in care to key stakeholders in the Local Authority, CCG, Hospital Discharge, Case Management, and Legal channels.
Your primary objectives will include:
- Developing and executing a systematic approach to partner outreach and relationship management
- Identifying and sourcing partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and client visits
- Negotiating commercial terms with key partners
- Securing care consultations and advising clients on appropriate solutions to meet their needs
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an outreach and partnerships manager in healthcare
- An excellent understanding of the live-in care market and its dynamics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to think strategically and network effectively
