About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join AAG Financial Education as a Corporate Client Relationship Manager. Based in London, you will work in a hybrid environment, contributing to the growth and development of our business through strategic partnerships and corporate relationships.

As a key member of our Financial Education and Strategic Partnerships Team, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative solutions to unlock opportunities within existing corporate clients and strategic partners.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate relationship management, with experience in working alongside HR, Reward, Share Plans, Pensions, or Employee Benefits teams. You will be highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

About the Company

AAG Financial Education is a dynamic company that has doubled in size over the past three years. Our award-winning Financial Education business provides Financial Wellbeing programmes to corporate clients and their employees. We are looking for an additional Corporate Client Relationship Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR and Reward key contacts and strategic partners.
  • Create solutions for clients and partnerships to unlock opportunities.
  • Host regular progress meetings with corporate clients.
  • Deliver a cohesive and engaging Financial Education programme.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop AAG's partnership offering.
  • Host effective partner/client events virtually or in-person.
  • Deliver meaningful engagement reports on the partnership for AAG and client.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a corporate relationship role (essential).
  • Experience working alongside people in HR, Reward, Share Plans, Pensions, or Employee Benefits is a plus.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly IT literate, including MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
  • Calm under pressure and able to handle conflicting demands effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional, proactive, and positive attitude.
  • Able to thrive in a changing environment, working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Effective time management and ability to multi-task.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
