Senior Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Partnership Development Manager to join our team in North America, Europe, and Asia. As a key member of our Fenergo Client Lifecycle Management team, you will play a critical role in shaping our global advisory, consulting, and systems integration partner program.
Your primary responsibility will be to roll out the program regionally, driving a consistently high-quality partner experience across different countries and time zones. You will also be responsible for driving revenue through and managing a co-sell motion to increase software sales with, and through, global and regional advisories and systems integrators.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in partnership development, with a proven track record of generating software licence revenue through partnerships. You should also have experience working with various partnership models, including MSP, Reseller, and Implementation.
Additionally, you will build and manage strategic relationships with partnership executives and sales executives to ensure efficient operational interaction and create or accelerate new business within the region.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
