    Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

    As a Senior Partnership Development Manager at ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a crucial role in driving our partnership strategy forward. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless program management for large-scale strategic accounts.

    Key Responsibilities:

  •       Own the partner success process for complex strategic accounts, defining and coordinating partners' program requirements
  •       Lead cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
  •       Create and utilize reporting and analytics to identify opportunities for partners and ensure their objectives are achieved

    Requirements and Qualifications:

  •       Experience in a professional field or military
  •       Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements
  •       Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  •       Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
  •       Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
