Senior Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Partnerships Account Manager to lead our strategic partnerships development, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver against partnership goals and drive sustained income growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Philanthropy and Partnerships team at Diabetes UK, a leading charity dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by diabetes.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and retaining significant corporate and commercial partnerships, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and driving business growth through effective partnership management.
You will have a proven track record of success in corporate account management, with experience of developing and implementing partnership strategies that deliver results. You will be a strong communicator and relationship builder, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

Main Responsibilities- Lead on strategic partnerships development, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver against partnership goals and drive sustained income growth.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies that deliver results, including account planning, relationship building, and negotiation.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive business growth through effective partnership management, including identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to secure funding.
- Work closely with our leadership team to maximise value from partnerships and develop existing and new senior volunteer relationships to help with partnership development.
- Proven track record of success in corporate account management, with experience of developing and implementing partnership strategies that deliver results.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
