About the Role

The Senior Partnership Development Manager will be responsible for driving commercial partnerships across the Broadwick Live portfolio and external events/festivals. Key responsibilities include structuring, negotiating, and closing new partnership deals, as well as managing and growing existing relationships with partners to maximize value on all sides.

As a key member of the partnership team, this role will play a crucial part in achieving financial targets through innovative and bold partnership strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and generating new commercial partnerships, with strong relationships and contacts within the industry.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask and manage business relationships in a professional and confidential manner. They will also have a strong understanding of how to drive the department forward and be a high-energy team player who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Structure, negotiate, and close new partnership deals
  • Drive partnership and business development strategies to increase revenue
  • Manage and grow existing relationships with partners to maximize value on all sides
  • Manage multiple sales proposals and follow up on pitches in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales and generating new commercial partnerships
  • Strong relationships and contacts within the industry
  • Experience of delivering a sales budget, P&Ls
  • Prior experience working in event brand partnerships, from an agency, brand, or venue/festival background
  • Strong problem-solving / analytical skills with a solution-oriented attitude
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage business relationships in a professional and confidential manner
