About the Role

As a Senior Client Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role involves driving revenue growth through strategic objectives, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver projects within agreed timelines, and providing regular updates to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have exceptional relationship management skills, sound judgment, and commercial decision-making abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic objectives and contract variations.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, identifying opportunities to strengthen ties between the client and business.
  • Act as primary business representative to clients, ensuring clear communication on service, regulatory, and commercial matters.
