Job Description: Partnerships Executive

We are seeking a skilled Partnerships Executive to join our team at The Telegraph Media Group. As a key member of the Partnerships Team, you will play a vital role in delivering revenue targets through print and digital channels for an allocated portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the content production lifecycle for print and digital activity, ensuring timely delivery and meeting promotional deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Compliance team and Senior Partnerships Manager to ensure alignment with TMG Guidelines.
  • Manage operational changes in our print schedule to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Partnership team to maintain forward-looking plans for all on and offline activity, securing print and digital space.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to partners, ensuring proactive and efficient communication.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reporting, including in-paper yields, call performance stats, page visits, click rates, and leads.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proven experience in a target-driven environment, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Gmail.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
