As a graduate, you'll have the opportunity to rotate across three core business development teams - Ambassadors, Partnerships, and Events. This will give you diverse, hands-on experience across Runna's go-to-market functions and the chance to make a real impact from day one.
About the RoleWe're looking for someone who's passionate about running, super switched on, and eager to learn. You'll be working with our amazing team to identify potential ambassadors, build relationships, and support our current ambassadors. You'll also be involved in developing new partnership opportunities and contributing to team-wide projects.
About YouWe want someone who's a self-starter, highly organized, and can manage lots of spinning plates. You'll need to be commercially minded, able to quickly understand business implications, and have excellent communication skills. Bonus points if you've held a leadership role in a university society or have hands-on experience working in partnerships or with social media ambassadors.
