Job Role

We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Conversion Strategist. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our team's efforts to establish Conversion as the market leader in experimentation.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive an outbound lead generation strategy, identifying and qualifying new prospects to fuel our pipeline and drive business growth.

You will also be responsible for reporting on your activity and progress, ensuring that you meet or exceed all quarterly and annual KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify and qualify new prospects.
  • Build relationships with key contacts and accounts to facilitate sales engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and progress in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual KPIs, including sales qualified leads.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' of experience in sales, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and growth.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
