About the Role

Growth & Company is seeking a talented Digital Experience Strategist to lead our digital growth efforts. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven organisation that prioritises making a meaningful impact on the education sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning and shaping the online optimisation strategy for a group of high-impact brands in the education sector.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth through data-driven optimisation strategies and leverage tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, and PowerBI to extract actionable insights.

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, L&D, and IT teams to align on conversion strategies and execute high-impact initiatives.
  • Leverage tools like PowerBI to extract actionable insights and manage Wordpress sites.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve digital growth efforts.
  • Communicate the benefits of optimised user journeys and build strong partnerships across teams to prioritise high-ROI opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in end-to-end CRO, ideally across both B2B and B2C digital journeys.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Hubspot, Google Analytics, and data visualisation tools.
  • Experience in UI/UX testing and implementation, with a good grasp of Wordpress (or a desire to learn).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage stakeholders across multiple business units.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable, profitable growth.
