Customer Journey Optimization Manager

Do you have a passion for customer-centric experiences? We are looking for a Customer Journey Optimization Manager to lead our subscription lifecycle management initiatives in Central London.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in customer engagement and retention, and a data-driven approach to delivering insight-based experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the subscriber experience and work closely with data, customer care, and technical teams to ensure maximum impact.
Key responsibilities include supporting key metrics for newspaper subscribers, managing customer communication plans for migration projects, and tracking and analysing the performance of marketing initiatives.
The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 per annum based on a 12-month contract with a daily rate of £250 (equiv.).
