Senior Customer Journey Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated End-to-End CX Leader to join our team at The Barton Partnership. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the vision and strategy for the end-to-end customer experience.
You will establish and optimize the customer experience team, managing crises, developing KPIs, and ensuring continuous improvement. This includes owning and building out our physical customer experience and service team, currently a team of 20, driving the team towards customer growth through outbound-oriented initiatives.
Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Responsibilities- Lead the vision and strategy for the end-to-end customer experience with an obsessive focus on a customer-first approach.
