**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Import and Export Operations Specialist to join our team at Seagull Worldwide. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of import and export transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Accurately and efficiently process import and export transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and complete records of all import and export transactions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
