**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Import & Export Operations Specialist to join our team at Seagull Worldwide. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of import and export transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and coordinate import and export transactions, including documentation, freight booking, and payment processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Accurately and efficiently process import and export documentation, including customs clearance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in the freight forwarding industry, with a strong understanding of import and export operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
