We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our ambitious team and help shape the future of our Gaming business. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving, fast-evolving company within a highly lucrative and social sector.

The successful candidate will have proven expertise in customer success or account management, with experience of building strong, long-term client relationships. They will excel in project management, with exceptional planning, organization, and resource allocation skills to ensure successful project execution.

We estimate this role's salary to be around £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

About the Role
  • Seamless Campaign Delivery: Work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to flawlessly execute client campaigns - ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and at a level of quality that keeps clients coming back for more.
  • Strategic Forecasting & Reporting: Provide precise reporting, forecasting, and pacing to help the business hit its financial targets, working hand-in-hand with the Head of Campaigns to ensure success.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Keep client data up-to-date and track progress meticulously within our delivery system to ensure full visibility and smooth operations.
