Customer Success Executive Field Specialist

We're looking for a Customer Success Executive Field Specialist to join our team. As a proactive customer experience manager, you'll define, optimize, and scale processes to deliver a consistently delightful and seamless customer experience.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to strengthen customer relationships, celebrate milestones, and share success stories that amplify customer advocacy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and optimizing processes to deliver a consistently delightful customer experience
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to strengthen customer relationships
- Identifying and engaging with new stakeholders to uncover growth opportunities
- Anticipating customer needs and providing proactive support
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in customer success, account management, or related roles. You'll bring a passion for HR technology and be excited about the possibilities it offers for transforming workplace culture and operations.
As a Customer Success Executive Field Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
