About the Role:

  • Maximize existing relationships and ensure customers' sales needs are met within the coffee, grocery, and delicatessen sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities across London, particularly with coffee shops, delicatessens, and foodservice businesses.
  • Upsell and cross-sell across our portfolio of coffee brands and premium grocery products to an expanding customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier/partner relationships and collaborate with their sales teams to develop new sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for the coffee and grocery industry.
  • An undergraduate degree.
  • Mid-to-advanced experience in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A full clean driving license.
  • Experience with CRM systems to report on and analyze your sales performance.
  • A strategic thinker able to make decisive decisions under pressure.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a company car allowance and opportunities for professional development and growth within a dynamic and entrepreneurial team.
