About the Role:
- Maximize existing relationships and ensure customers' sales needs are met within the coffee, grocery, and delicatessen sectors.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities across London, particularly with coffee shops, delicatessens, and foodservice businesses.
- Upsell and cross-sell across our portfolio of coffee brands and premium grocery products to an expanding customer base.
- Build and maintain strong supplier/partner relationships and collaborate with their sales teams to develop new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for the coffee and grocery industry.
- An undergraduate degree.
- Mid-to-advanced experience in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A full clean driving license.
- Experience with CRM systems to report on and analyze your sales performance.
- A strategic thinker able to make decisive decisions under pressure.
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a company car allowance and opportunities for professional development and growth within a dynamic and entrepreneurial team.
