Job Description

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with clients to ensure they extract maximum value from our catastrophe models, data, platform, applications, and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop customized solutions.

  • You will collaborate with model specialists to guide clients in their effective use of our evolving climate and catastrophe models and data.
  • You will work with software specialists to help clients leverage our Intelligent Risk platform and applications.
  • You will strategize and drive long-term success with client success managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A BS or MS degree in related fields: Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Earth or Climate Sciences, Computer Sciences, Software, IT, Risk Management, Insurance.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
