Job Title: Tender Repair Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Service team. As a Tender Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing sales opportunities to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Sales Funnel Management: Lead the sell process, including CRM data quality, opportunity management, and won and lost reporting.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience (understanding of business-to-business sales).
- Account Management experience.
- Understanding of targets, forecasting, and managing sales funnels and results.
- Target sales driven.
- Flexible working mindset.
- Good written and spoken English.
- CRM usage, SAP, or Data awareness (preferable but not necessary).
Compensation Package:
This is a salaried position with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including 25 days' holiday, company pension scheme, and quarterly commission.
