We are seeking an exceptional Senior Customer Success Specialist to join our team at ComplyAdvantage, a leading provider of AI-driven financial crime risk data and detection technology.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to play a key role in shaping our customer success strategy and delivering outstanding results. As a Senior Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, providing proactive support to ensure their successful adoption and utilization of our solutions, and driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute tailored customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and growth of our customers' businesses.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing proactive support to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture them.
- Provide insights and recommendations to customers on how to optimize their use of our solutions, improving their overall experience and value realization.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess their progress, provide feedback, and adjust plans as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or technology company.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and databases.
- A high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
