We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Lead to join our growing team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will play a crucial role in driving customer adoption and growth. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers throughout their lifecycle, helping them unlock maximum value from our platform and services.

As a Senior Customer Success Lead at Cutover, you will have the opportunity to work with world-leading institutions, including the three largest US banks and three of the world's five largest investment banks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in an Enterprise-focused customer-facing role, ideally with a background in Customer Success or a similar field. You will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong ability to navigate complex technical environments.

Job Requirements
